“Very much like the concept of freshly ground coffee straight from the roastery with a coffee shop. Whilst we know a great coffee needs curating we do find the service really slow and wonder if another machine could be invested in and / or the counter arrangement somehow being sped up. Also despite asking for ‘extra hot’ it seems the coffee here is often lukewarm which I don’t experience elsewhere. Very much like the team and comments are made from a genuine place and hope they will be received constructively!”

Apologies for any confusion. We experienced a slight delay from our supply chain with our usual packaging, our team had sourced a replacement to tide us over temporarily, so orders can continue shipping as normal.
