“Initially found it difficult to find a good grind setting, wasted around 5% of the bag! After sorting out the grind and not totally filling the basket it's really good, the key with this finer grind is a light tamp to achieve extraction a little too hard and extraction becomes just a drip!

“I ordered a Picopresso through Rave, which when it arrived was faulty. They arranged a replacement that was with me a few days later (no hassle at all and very speedy!). Someone had accidently included the wrong coffee, and they instantly replaced this as well. Thank you for your feedback! The only labelled organic coffee that we currently have available is our Seasonal Organic however some producers in African countries are passive organic, meaning that they are already practicing organic standards because they simply cannot afford expensive chemicals. Yet, they additionally cannot afford an expensive certification or audit fee. So sometimes the fact that the label is non-existent does not mean a coffee is non-organic.
