“I have just started on my Rave journey, I was waiting to run out of the bulk beans I purcahsed before using Rave, but wow, from the service quaility, the website design to the personal postcard touch has all been very good. Best of all however, is the coffee! I wanted freshly roasted beans moving forward and a good selection of responsibily sourced beans, if that is what you are after, then Rave is your answer. I shall review individual coffees once I have had them all. So far so good.”

The website ordering system is simple to use and makes for easy rescheduling. We have had two mis-orders over the years which were quickly and efficiently dealt with. “No arguments with the coffee. It's all been grand. Just ordered a kilo bag of #1. It's decent and I'm tired of messing about with 250g bags and losing a big chunk to dialling in.
My tip for Rave - I'd love a curated subscription where I could get a 500g bag of a different coffee rather than 2x250gs. Just so I can dial it in and forget it.
Beyond that - there's a one star off just for all the marketing emails. I'm one of those people who actually stays on top of their emails and it's just too much. Less is more. Don't be f*cking Temu.”
