“Very smooth coffee. What was especially useful was the booklet that came with it. I use a cafetiere and grind beans when I want a drink but I'd been brewing it using my reasoning based on the V60 I use when abroad i.e. pour hot water on and leave it for a few minutes (which also appears to be 'incorrect'). That produced a pretty awful brew so today, for my next brew of Rave coffee I followed the method in the booklet. The result was a far superior brew.

“Discovering freshly grinding single origin light roast beans was a revelation! An 'off the shelf' ground coffee or freshly brewed americano from a high street cafe now give me about as much joy as instant coffee used to. I've tried a few UK roasters and keep coming back to Rave. I'm loving the unusual rarer options with distinctive flavours. Given the production methods of the growers the cost per cup is really reasonable. I've also been pleasantly surprised when on a couple of occasions Rave have thrown in a freebie!”
