“I used to work in the City (London) and my favourite coffee shop was Scarpetta, which did superb espresso in what I would describe as a traditional Italian style. Strong, dark, quite fully roasted, chocolatey and maybe a bit nutty. In January 2024 I bought a Profitech P400 and DF64 Gen 2 grinder and set about my quest to replicate that flavour. I concluded that there isn't anything worth buying in supermarkets. There is one brand which purports to be superior, with roast date and the description sounded like it was what I'd like, but, frankly, they must be on a different planet to me.
After looking at a lot online, I came across Rave. I tried a few blends, but once I found the Italian Job, I was hooked. A really proper rich, dark (but not nuked) Italian espresso. Spot on! Great delivery service too.”

“Bought the Airscape storage jar for my ground beans (yea yea, I know you should grind 'em fresh everytime!) The bright yellow jar is great, makes me smile and does what it's supposed to do and keeps things fresh. Your Italian Job coffee beans are just perfect either in my stove top pot or Aeropress. Nice taste. Love the Brewing tips leaflet that came with my purchases- I now brew upside down in my Aeropress.”
