“Just switched to decaf coffee beans. No 11 blend is excellent - wouldn’t know I was drinking decaf coffee. Additionally, it uses the Swiss water process to remove the caffeine from the coffee bean so no chemicals to worry about.

“Well up to now I have no experience of coffee beans, having only used a Duo Temp without a grinder. That machine has now died a death, replaced by the Barista Express. Unfortunately, I'm a long way away from mastering the art of dialling in and have tasted a lot of bad tasting espresso!
So, at this stage of my journey, all can I say is that Rave have provided excellent customer service in delivering fresh beans to me in a very timely 5 star fashion!”

“Please can you do less marketing? Your coffee is fine but your constant youtube ads make me regret I ever looked at your website and not want to buy form you again. Then you send loads of emails, even got a card in the post, just too much! Also makes me think, are you not confident in your product? Or is it so cheap you have all the margin to waste on marketing?”

In terms of the Youtube ads we would recommend clearing your cookies and cache as this sometimes helps!
