“The Rave Signature beans are excellent and the delivery was exceptional. I did pop into the cafe in Cirencester and the service was both friendly and professional, as was the customer service on the phone. So, thank you and I will look forward to buying more of these delicious beans now that I can turn them into a lovely cup of coffee.”
“Super quick processing/delivery! Letting the coffees rest a little but had some of the Brazil Guima Estate and it's what I was looking for - a nice nutty well balanced cup. Looking forward to trying the others in a few days.”
“Amazing customer service. Delivered a day after roasting. Box comes with QR codes to scan for guidance on making coffee. Had a WhatsApp with an update on delivery. Very pleased.”
“I really like Rave Coffee. I was gutted to suspend my subscription last month as I can’t really afford it right now. Had a sub since 2020. You would’ve got 5/5 stars but the Royal Mail delivery can be such a massive let down. I suppose that’s not really out of your control but the amount of damaged and soaking wet boxes I’ve had over the years is crazy. I look forward to starting my subscription again hopefully in 2027. Cheers”
“Delicious, well balanced. In addition to raves description, there was lovely malted notes. I found it versatile as goes well as latte and is lovely black or with less milk after dinner.”
“Wide range of coffee choices. Very quick delivery. I've never had a bad coffee from Rave, some I like more than others but not a bad one amongst them.”
“Always consistent roast from you guys, fast delivery never had a problem in the whole time I’ve bought beans from you guys, about 8 years I would guess. Keep up the good consistent work 👍”
“This seasonal organic blend is a Great coffee. Had some last year as well.
I usually make a flat white
Doesn't disappoint and im deep in the rabbit hole that is the barista coffee hobby!!
I've probably tried around 20 coffee types from rave. Just ordered my second Kg back to back of this SOB.
The ones i shy away from are the actual dark roast traditional Italian and 666 etc which is ironic given my Italian equipment!
As they say, usually theres something to Rave about!!”
Hey Steve,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it!
Sorry to hear that this was not for you, we completely understand that coffee is personal preference however I would love to take a further look into this for you so have sent you over an email to hopefully be able to do this😊
Thanks,
Jess
