“Ordered 2 items online Tuesday, delivered Friday, very well packed but 1 piece of unit damaged (by Manufacturer). Phone call to Jade at Customer Services resulted in a replacement for damaged section from Supplier received Wednesday 8.10am. Excellent Service from both parties. Would recommend Rattan Garden Furniture for it's speedy delivery, swift resolution and keeping us updated throughout. Thank you Jade.”

“5* I found it extremely easy and efficient to order my products. 2* for delivery. It wasn't clear when delivery would arrive. One part was delivered 3 days before expected and the other part of the delivery may or may not arrive on the expected date BUT I have no idea what part of the day. This is important to know as the order page states a signature is required.”
