“I hesitated to order the parasol on a vastly reduced price because it seemed too good to be true compared with similar parsols. I gambled and won. The parasol is sturdy and well made and I'm very pleased with it. The delivery lead in time was 7 - 14 days, however it arrived 48 hours after ordering. I sent a query to the website and they replied promptly and ordering was easy. Highly recommended.”

“My purchase proved to be of excellent quality. Although the delivery took some time this was due to an issue with the couriers which was very quickly dealt with by the staff at Rattan. My order was delivered soon after my enquiry regarding the delay. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Rattan again.”
