“My new garden bench looks great. It arrived very quickly. I thought I could put it together myself but my son helped me and it didn't take long to do. The nuts used to screw the bench together, I would say are not the best. It takes a while to match the thread on the screws, otherwise they go in wonky. The bench feels sturdy enough but because of the screw mechanism, I hope it doesn't collapse like a house of cards! Overall the bench looks great.😊”

“After a very prompt delivery, 3 days, I unpacked my Bunbury Rattan Sofa Set and positioned it on my patio. I didn't immediatley unpack upon receipt due to a late afternoon delivery and some very wet weather. (Overnight in my garage...) However: Upon closer inspection during cushion assembly etc, it was noted that the glass top table frame was indeed slanting over to one side at an angle. Although the glass top is horizontal, the whole thing is kinked to one side, ( as if too heavy a weight has been placed upon it!) It is still functional, but certainly this is a sub standard item which does spoil the look of a otherwise very tidy set. I'll live with it due to my schedule and the effort required to rectify the situation!.. Just some thing to look out for!!”
