“Misleading, I ordered a garden arch which was 'in stock' and received a confirmation order etc, 2-5 days delivery, after waiting a week and hearing nothing I telephoned to chase the order to be told it was 'out of stock' and my order had been cancelled..why wasn't I told this so I could order somewhere else, I informed them it still said in stock on their website and was told they would amend it on the website to 'out of stock'..another week on and it still says in stock so check if you order anything from this company as I had to wait a week for a refund to go through..”

“The site said free Uk delivery but then put a £60 delivery charge to deliver to Devon. After querying they offered a £10 reduction to £50. Having said that the item was in stock on the website, I then got a email saying that the item was not available. It then took 3 days for the refund to be made. They were easy to contact but not happy that they took money for an item that was not in stock.”
