“Positive - Great price on the double egg chair - the best price i've seen online (£199.99). Easy to order, the website was easy to navigate. Negative - 1. Communication on when my order will arrive was non exsistent, it only says the order will arrive in the next 7 days which doesn't help when you have work to go to and dealing with life in general so some communication on the ETA of my order would have been helpful. However it arrived in less than a week (thank goodness someone was at home!) so can't complain too much about that. 2. The box my egg chair arrived in was super damaged, thank god the chair was all ok”

“Very professional yet personal help with my enquiry. I asked .. "does this substantial deal on this particular garden furniture indicate that this product is somehow inferior to other products available at a more expensive charge?" In essence the reply was .. " to assist your understanding, we have had one of these particular furniture sets in our own showroom for 2/3 years and, though many customers have sat upon it and examined it, it still looks and feels very secure and we have chosen for it to remain on show".”
