Very disappointing . First I was sent the wrong unit, then when I did get it I find it has scratches on the black coating and the handle along with the grill warped. I will still work fine but not sure it’s worth the price considering being a very flimsy and not fully de burred product. After-sales very good, quickly got the right unit sent out.

I haven’t had any confirmation of my order or any response from the company so I have bought elsewhere No contact at all but have taken the money now waiting for a refund Only contact is to ask for a review????

Website was easy to use to buy the garden chair but the delivery service was rubbish. I came home to find a large box dumped on the driveway and No prior notice it was coming. Box was pretty battered but at least the contents were fine.

Good points: easy to order; competitive price, helpful delivery team Not so good: initial delivery was missing a key part of the order, and although this was quickly acknowledged, making contact after that was extremely difficult (emails not responded to, phones not answered, in fact calls summarily rejected). Order was eventually made good, but it was a very time consuming and stressful experience.

Really upset and disappointed with the quality. I am happy with the quality of the cushions, the frame and the table are but the rattan weave on the actual corner sofa looks terrible and is sagging in the corner. It looks like the rattan has stretched as well as all moved downwards. It hasn’t had much use. There are 3 of us at home and we have never had all seats occupied at the same time despite the set being a 9 seater with 6 sofa seats. After contacting Sixty Stores customer services, including photos, I had a short email back saying “ This is general usage and not related to the warranty which only covers the metal framework. The rattan weave can move when used this is nothing abnormal!” Followed by “unfortunately we are unable to help you any further” Really disappointed with the ‘I don’t care attitude of Sixty Stores ‘Business Operations Manager’ especially after spending £999 on garden furniture which will probably need replacing after this summer. I have done some research and family/friends have paid less for their rattan garden furniture and had it longer yet their rattan hasn’t moved or stretched. It’s very frustrating when you’ve saved up for something nice, spent hours trying to get good quality at a good price and then finding it is poor quality and falling to pieces after one short summer. I wasn’t asking for a refund or money back I just wanted advice and an opportunity to have the sofa repaired. Please think twice before ordering from this company.
