Order was cancelled and refunded after three days with no explanation, even though the item is still shown as available on the website. Poor communication.

Ordered a metal garden rocking chair on the 16 Nov. Have heard nothing nor recieved anything apart from an invoice. Phoned customer care and was told that it has not been shipped yet and they would be in contact. Poor rating

Flimsy and hard to secure over the table and chairs. Probably have more success with black bags and a roll of sellotape. I’d like to return it

After a very prompt delivery, 3 days, I unpacked my Bunbury Rattan Sofa Set and positioned it on my patio. I didn't immediatley unpack upon receipt due to a late afternoon delivery and some very wet weather. (Overnight in my garage...) However: Upon closer inspection during cushion assembly etc, it was noted that the glass top table frame was indeed slanting over to one side at an angle. Although the glass top is horizontal, the whole thing is kinked to one side, ( as if too heavy a weight has been placed upon it!) It is still functional, but certainly this is a sub standard item which does spoil the look of a otherwise very tidy set. I'll live with it due to my schedule and the effort required to rectify the situation!.. Just some thing to look out for!!

Really bad customer services I have not received any delivery date and when I tried to ring the number of the rattan garden furniture there was absolutely no answer. It just went blank.

Had to chase them for a delivery date. Was told sometime next week & would get a delivery date to confirm. No further email received and parcel dumped in front of garage, thank goodness neighbour saw this and walked over to retrieve parcel for me.

We ordered our furniture at the end of August and following several promises that it was going to be delivered, it is now October 6th. It has been almost impossible to speak to someone and although we have had a few emails we are still without the furniture!!!

Not sure about the furniture yet as this is how it was delivered! Very bad tempered and rude driver delivering to a vulnerable 89 year old lady! Not a good start!

Very straight forward to but via website. Although not heard anything since I had the confirmation email 4 days ago in relation to my order about if it’s being dispatched. Called them today and the phone played a few automated messages to say they are experiencing high number of calls, then it cut me off. Considering I’ve placed an order of £500, and payment has been taken, I’d expect to be able to speak to a customer services.

Ordered 4 days ago, delivery between 2 to 10 days. Not heard anything other than my order confirmation, no updates, nothing whatsoever. I just hope the product is worth the wait.

Unfortunately my order of a bench was damaged and chipped in multiple areas. Very disappointing, as wasn’t cheap. The bench is lovely but will need attention & a re-spray.

After sales told me driver would call last Wednesday to confirm delivery Friday 12th or Saturday 13th August. Have emailed twice as unable to get through on phone to check progress for order 4th August. Help.............

I’ve paid for my item. Had a text to say when it would be delivered which it hasn’t. I’ve no card through the letter box to say what has happened. Tried ringing several times, no answer, emailed but no reply yet. Still not sure where my item is ?
