“I have ordered this beautiful set , arrived fairly quickly and the driver was really nice . Put all the furniture in the back garden for me . At the minute is not out as I'm waiting for a cover but the quality is great. I can Definitely recommend this company.”

“Ordering was quick and easy. Ordered on Friday and delivered on Tuesday. Would have been Monday but the carriers vehicle broke down. A couple of holes in the boxes but no damage to the furniture. Putting it together was reasonably easy, need 2 people to do it with nimble fingers. My son was delighted with his 40th birthday present.”

“After experiencing several issues with other suppliers the furniture was received and was of excellent quality. There was a slight delay due to issues out of anyones control however these were addresses and communication was good. The quality is superb and looks amazing.”

“I ordered a flat pack 4 seater cube set but due to a mix up in the order there was an attempt to deliver the furniture to the wrong address. I contacted the company and the order was then redirected to the right address. Unfortunately when the order was incomplete when it was delivered, apparently the box was damaged in transit and a few items had fallen out. I contacted the company again. Paul responded to my emails immediately and within a few days was able to resolve the issue. In spite of the delivery issues overall I was pleased with the way the problems were handled. Good customer service. The furniture took a while to assemble but I am happy with the quality of the product.”

“Ordered my rattan dining set on the 30th July, the website stated it was in stock, and delivery would be up to 10 days maximum. 8th September and still no dining set. The website now says it is out of stock and to 'contact them for more information'. I contact them and get a reply saying they are looking into it. After 15 emails back and forth i have no answers, and now i have requested for a refund 12 days ago which it said would take up to 7 days and still no refund. You cannot take the money for items which you don't intend to deliver. Absolute shocking customer service!”

“Very pleased with the chairs but unfortunately a bit of the rattan on the coffee table has come apart. We have solved this with a bit of glue but apart from this website are very pleased.”
