Ordered my rattan dining set on the 30th July, the website stated it was in stock, and delivery would be up to 10 days maximum.
8th September and still no dining set. The website now says it is out of stock and to 'contact them for more information'. I contact them and get a reply saying they are looking into it. After 15 emails back and forth i have no answers, and now i have requested for a refund 12 days ago which it said would take up to 7 days and still no refund.
You cannot take the money for items which you don't intend to deliver. Absolute shocking customer service!
