“The ease of use on the website to purchase what I needed as easy, I swiftly got my invoice, but despite the cover I purchased being in stock I have still not received an expected delivery date. The only information on the web was the length of time to deliver Rattan furniture. I will happily review my purchase again once my order has arrived. I cannot answer the questions below because I've not received my order yet.”

“I didn't get a confirmation email even though payment had been taken. Tried to telephone to confirm but no one answers phone. I then emailed with the warning it could be 24hours for a response. But I did get a reply and an invoice and the chairs were delivered the following day”

“I was very pleased with the clarity and ease by which I was able to order the 4 Seater Small Cube set Cover. I was even more pleased by the speed of delivery via Royal Mail and the excellent packaging of the Cover when it arrived. Looking forward now to benefitting from it's cleary good manufacture.”

“My review is based upon the ordering and delivery of two different covers for patio furniture only. As the covers are brand new and look great I have at this moment no idea how they will perform over the coming winter months. The ordering and delivery were first class quick and easy and arrived well within the time limits given. So full marks for that part only up to this point.”
