“I'm very pleased with my furniture ☺. But the after sale has alot too be decierd l couldn't get a date for delivery when I emailed and I'm still waiting for reply to email I sent as I am missing an item”

“This is the second rattan set I have bought this year. I am pleased with them both one set is at our caravan the other on the patio at home. I love them both. Sadly we haven't had much dry weather to have really, enjoyed them.”

“We ordered our furniture at the end of August and following several promises that it was going to be delivered, it is now October 6th. It has been almost impossible to speak to someone and although we have had a few emails we are still without the furniture!!!”

“Can’t give more than 3 stars at the moment. Story so far, no E mail(s) received when ordered, had to make contact, E mail, to request confirmation of order as payment was taken without any receipt of purchase. Naomi replied very quickly to confirm that the order had been taken & attached confirmation invoice. Unfortunately when items received today, two items were missing. Re contacted Naomi stating missing items, received E mail from Jade/Naomi which stating that they will look into it. I’m awaiting outcome. Then received review request. So you can understand why only three stars. I would give four or five stars if Jade/ Naomi can get it sorted & I receive my full order. Online all items ordered appear to be still available. Fingers crossed.”

“The site was easy to navigate. Having found a sofa set we liked it was easy to place an order which, unlike many sites we have viewed, included free delivery. Delivery details were advised over the phone within the times allocated, and delivered on time by two courteous deliverymen.”
