“The Parasol ☂️ I bought is super quality for its price point. And the delivery was two days after the order was placed. Wow! But, but, after finding one of the base weights was damaged - my email regarding this was answered almost immediately and two replacement weights were delivered within a few days. Great service and a great company to buy from.”

“Great first experience buying from Rattan Garden Furniture! Had been looking for a style I had seen on other sites but wasn’t the colour I wanted, Rattan Garden Furniture was the first site I had found the colour I wanted on and on top of that was £50 cheaper than the previous websites I’d looked at. Very pleased with the purchase!”

“An easy-to-use ordering process with very quick delivery. The photos accurately depict the product's details and colours. Although no damage to the product occurred the courier was not careful when handling it as the box was severely damaged, however, internal packing protected the items.”

“Oren Deluxe - 4 Seater Rattan Cube Set Cover - 125cm said it was waterproof but after rainfall my table and chairs were wet. Been about 3 weeks since I reported it. Set photo of how I was using the product but been over 2 weeks and still no response. Still awaiting a full refund.”

“The Rattan garden furniture I ordered was delivered promptly and within the specified time. The products were well packaged and relatively simple to assemble. There was an issue with one of the parts which was out of alignment - I contacted the company and they were very helpful in resolving the issue and after giving them a description of the fault and some photographs, they very efficiently worked to send a replacement part which arrived within a few days. Impressive. We are now looking forward to enjoying our new furniture in the garden.”

“Beautiful set from Rattan Garden Furniture, we're extremely happy with it. It is exactly how described and the quality is amazing. It was also very easy to assemble. The delivery arrived very quickly and nothing was damaged. The cushions are very thick and the rattan is a beautiful colour. Really can't fault it.”
