“Order process was easy and sale price was very competitive. Patio base item was delivered quickly. Unfortunately some damage of the pre packed item when unpacked,but this was not in control of the store. Neither was it damaged in transit if the packaging was anything to go by. Customer service response was great.”

“Not used to purchasing a large item from the Internet before trying it out, however, took a chance and ordered a corner sofa and table for the garden from Rattan Garden Furniture. What an amazing surprise and so totally blown away. The item was delivered in good condition and extremely easy to put together. It's a comfy sofa and looks great, fabric is of good quality and seats 6 to 9 people. Glad I took a chance.”

“The website is easy to navigate with no interruption with pages loading. The furniture I purchased was great value and quality. The purchase process was simple with several options to pay. Once my purchase was completed I was given an order number and an email with all the details. I'll definitely be buying from this site again.”

“My chairs were delivered in less than two days of placing the order. You can't ask for better service than that. They were very well packaged, better than other companies I have purchased chairs from in the past. I would happily recommend this company.”
