“The product range is good, but I have only given 2 stars as the delivery service they use is appalling my order was split up into 2 parcels the second one took 2 weeks to arrive, they sent messages over several days saying your order is out for delivery today but it never showed up despite making sure someone being there all the time. In summary a poor SLOWBIT experience”

“Found a gland on the Web site which had a link to a junction box that it said worked with a Wiska box. Order both when they arrived the glands did not fit the box. Phoned up, explained the problem, guy looked on the Web page and said "Oh, that's a misprint. I'll get the correct gland out to you today." Brilliant customer service.”

“Wouldn’t hesitate in using again. Website is very clear, easy to use and has some excellent product info on. Order was fulfilled quickly with updates on delivery throughout. Very pleased with the level and quality of service.”
