“The item ( wire) was fine. It was dispatched the day they received the order ( a bit late for me, I needed it quickly and didn’t realise they closed down between Christmas and New Year - totally my fault) However, when my delivery failed to materialise - I had a time slot but tracking ceased to exist a couple of hours before it was due, I contacted Quickbit - not easy- and to this day have not had any form of contact or help from them, no information or apology. I finally received my order on the following Monday, again three days later than it should have been. The job took two weeks longer than necessary to complete as a result. Without the delays and better communication, it would’ve been 5 star review.”

Hello, Apologies but as stated on our delivery information page, we strive to provide next day delivery however it's not guaranteed and is stock-dependant. We also have a notice at the top of our website showing this and encouraging customers to call us prior to placing orders if next day delivery is required.
