“We were extremely impressed with Pure Cremation Ltd from the start of our journey to the Finnish. The communication between us and updates exerlant. Their staff were very helpful and made it very stress free throughout. Would not hesitate to use them again. Very reasonable pricing, for a straightforward Cremation.”

“Really simple, good communication. Suggest maybe not saying “here is x” when returning ashes and say “here are x’s ashes”..? Is an adjustment to manage when people say “when is the funeral” but easy to work around it.”

“I was very impressed with the way that PC dealt with the cremation of my beloved wife. The PC team were extremely caring throughout the process, and kept me fully informed at every step. The stressful delivery of the ashes to my home was handled in a caring and sensitive manner, to the great relief of my daughter and myself. I couldn’t fault the service I received from PC - thank you all so very much for an excellent service.”

“Pure Cremation could not have been anymore helpful or sympathetic. Every part of the process was explained fully and the staff were all amazing. Although cost at this time is not necessarily ones main priority, they were extremely affordable. Thank you so much for making this dreadful time as easy as possible to get through.”

“Pure cremation were so respectful and careing. I booked at 3am in morning, they were lovely to me on phone. They kept me informed every step of the way. Mums ashes were delivered with care, and in a nice pretty container. I am really grateful to them for making something so hard more simple. Thankyou so much, we can now celebrate mums life.”

“At one of the most difficult times in your life, they were compassionate, considerate and caring. All of which you needed. I can't thank ypu enough. At first I thought it a very strange choice of my parents, but it was their choice to make. Now some time has passed and I know my mum has given me the gift of not having to make any of the hard decissions you need to make when you loose a loved one. I thank her and pure cremations for that.”

“Wonderful, took all the stress from my wife and I when Mary's brother passed away. From our first phone call to pure cremation and spoke to a lovely and helpful lady called Gail, she sorted it all out for us and informed us on each step, it has been a pleasure dealing with pure cremation after what was a very traumatic time for us all.”

“They made my mums cremation easy, with care and dignity, I was always fully informed every step of the way, the staff were caring and very informative, my mums ashes were returned with respect, and a chat , the staff from start to finish were brilliant. “I chose Pure Cremation after researchuing severl companies who provided similar services. After initial contact I was certain I had made the right choice for my mum (preplanning as she was in end-stage vascular dementia). Mum passed 02/06/25 so contacted PC to take arrangements forward. The service was second-to-none. Everyone I had contact with was compassionate and caring without being patronising. I was notified of mums commital date and then contacted a few days later re delivery of her ashes. The lady that delivered mum to me (Helen) came in to my home, we chatted, she was interested in mum and commented that she felt it a real privilege to return loved ones to their families. I cannot fault PC and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering this type of 'final departure'.”

“There staff were always polite, and explained what was going to happen and when. And if I call them with a question they went out of there way to give me an answer. Sadly I have had 2 relatives pass this year and I have used pure cremation both times.”
