“you know the old saying, you only get what you pay for, well i ordered several of your low end range 6mm masonry drills and on a separate order one of your expensive premium drill bits, the cheaper ones were only what you would expect but the expensive premium one was no better than the others, in fact i was VERY disappointed and would not buy again”

“Drill bits good. Price reasonable. Delivery Unsatisfactory. I was unhappy that I opted for next day delivery at an additional £6 for 3 small drill bits. I ordered on Friday at 4.30pm and received drill bits on following Tuesday pm. So beware that this company is limited by its working hours and that it only operates on weekdays. (Working days). I asked for refund of next day delivery costs and was refused. (Return only option).”

“The drill bits are very good. The price is fair I was unhappy that I paid nearly £6 for next day delivery for 3 drill bits. My order was placed on a Friday at 4.30pm but did not receive my drill bits until Tuesday pm. This company has limited working hours and only dispatches on week days. Asked for refund of next day delivery and was refused. Beware!”

“ordered several bits from carbide core drills, diamond core drills, and sds bits. I had an eight inch concrete wall to drill through so used the carbide core drill. Only made it half way through before all twelve of the carbide teeth came off the core drill!! very poor quality. Also no flats on the shaft or bits to enable to unscrew the bit. Very poorly thought out. The diamond core drills do the job albeit very slowly.........”

“I usually have five star service. Unfortunately there was one or another problem with their system and I had to do an order and payment over the phone, the order did arrive the following day, but with no receipt. I have tried various methods (phone call, e-mail, through their web site) to get a receipt from them, to no avail. This is rather disappointing as they are usually a good company to deal with.”

“I had intended to purchase professional quality drill-bits ( eg. Dormer or Presto) but found those supplied to be of poor quality and not suitable for purpose. With telephone sales I suggest a quality rating is offered to help purchasers find items matching their requirements. Disappointing !”

“The box was smashed and all the screwdriver bit bags were ripped with the bits loose in the bottom of the carton. The online shop changed the deliver to address to match the bill to address which meant I had to call and sort out. It was delivered to the correct address. Products seem ok.”

“My order was dispatched at 25.11 and 9.12 aren`t shipped yet,so not so fast. No matter little mistake they had in payment. But may be better luck next time.”

“Nothing wrong with UK Drills, however I have sent an email to you discussing my disappointment with your courier company DPD as they did not deliver on time, and blatantly did not attempt to deliver. This resulted in me paying extra money for my tradesmen to come another day to complete the task which they had been waiting to complete on the previous day. As yet I am still to receive a reply to my email.”
