“4 6mm TCT Drills ordered to drill 8 holes in 3mm A4 Stainless steel 3 drills tips broke off easily, job compleated. I purchased 4 in anticipation of brackages & proved the right thing to do. I could see some tiny flaws around th edges of the tip to steel weld however would buy again as will have more similar work in the future so will always anticipate extra drills.”

“Ok for what they cost. The larger ones should be used in a press - the sides are not long enough to keep them running true. If I needed them for heavier use I'd spend the money and buy something better.”

“My recent purchase of a 20mm hss drill bit came simply wrapped in paper with no protective hard case. This is penny pinching for an expensive bit which cannot be mixed in with all the other drill bits in case it is damaged by friction with hard surfaces. Not good enough!”

“Hi there, very reluctant to be slightly negative but the screwdriver bits I purchased from you do seem very prone to “stripping” the grip is very good but get damaged much more easily than expected as I understood they were especially good quality. Other than that all good - regards John Harris.”

“I had issues with the SDSplus adapter. The pilot drill clamp screw protrudes too far out, so that 35mm core was narrower. Had to source a grub screw which screwed in flush with the adapter. The pilot drill is rubbish, blunt after half a brick and little material to be able to sharpen. Core bit was alright. Long way from being "pro" tools, as described.”

“Cheap.. purchased wood bits but wish I’d have gone to a named brand as they’re not particularly decent quality or indeed sharp and struggle through plain wood.. wasn’t worth the few pounds saving if I’m honest.., won’t buy again”

“I ordered 11/64 inch and received 4.4 mm. That makes it inconvenient to find. The little red box in which they were supplied had an 11/64 label but the bits themselves are inscribed 4.4mm. Not happy.”

“Delivery speedy as always, but disappointed that the drills were in flat, unlabelled packets rather than the usual plastic labelled tubes, which are easier to store and distinguish.”

“The drill bit was delivered very quickly, but it wore out after drilling a 1 inch deep hole. This may have been to my poor drilling technique, but I wouldn't have thought a drill bit should wear down that quickly.”

“you know the old saying, you only get what you pay for, well i ordered several of your low end range 6mm masonry drills and on a separate order one of your expensive premium drill bits, the cheaper ones were only what you would expect but the expensive premium one was no better than the others, in fact i was VERY disappointed and would not buy again”
