“There was a major problem with the drill bits I bought, however following an email this was dealt with and resolved immediately - so good customer care which is rare these days.”

“The drills and taps and die I ordered all came quickly. The drills have very thin webs and are not robust. Although sharp and cheap, great care is needed to avoid snapping off in blind holes.”

“A Nice drill but a little heavy and rather awkward to use. I required a chuck adapter to take a large bit however the drill worked well and had plenty of power”

“I bought a couple of Forstner bits. Great service, great price. It was a shame the length of the shank wasn't stated. The larger bit of the two has the shortest shank, not much use.”
