“Core cutter perfect for job.Only criticism was that a hex head set screw was provided to secure cutter to pilot and should have been a grub screw.”

“The drill bits arrived promptly. Used them to drill hard ceramic wall tiles and the bit heads did heat up so had to cool them regularly to get through the tiles.”

“High speed delivery and excellent cutting rate of drill. Ware of the shank appears to be a problem with the first drill used. 40 holes drilling out morter have visably reduced the shank / flute's.”

“Good range of drill bits in wide range of sizes. Very quick service and delivery. Unfortunately, I had to ask for VAT invoice rather than getting one automatically. When requested, it arrived very quickly. Despite the vat invoice issue, this company will do well if it can maintain service level and broad range of stock.”

“Your prompt response in sending the items was excellent! They arrived within two days!! As for the items themselves,well I'm affraid they are a disappointment. No sooner did I start using them,the tip broke off. So It's ten out of ten for customer service,but the product needs looking into!”
