“Great service. Super fast delivery at great price. Could do with more data about the use and capability of the drills. Diamond core drills did not cut my high strength concrete. And TCT drills are not availible in the same diameters, which makes trying different drills tricky. Ended up buying TCT from another supplier at much higher cost to complete the 38mm holes required.”

“well can't lie, I bought a 32mm core bit and an SDS plus extention adaptor. The first core cutter lost one of its teeth after about a minute, however a photo and quick email to the company bought a timely reply and the offer of either a refund or replacement. The replacement came two days later and worked perfectly I drilled 2x 32mm holes through 2 courses of brick and a concrete lintel.”

“I was so glad to find a purveyer of quality drills. They were exactly what I needed. However either I didn't read the website correctly or it was not displayed but I wanted two drills but instead got two packs of ten! Never mind they were not expensive and now I have sufficient replacements. I also gave a few away!”
