“Ordered a spare wheel kit to fit my Toyota Yaris Cross after experiencing a failed attempt to use to the inflator and sealant solution provided in lieu of a spare. The spare wheel & jack kit arrived next day without me paying extra for delivery service. All looks good, and the wrench and sockets provided are good quality. TBH the jack provided was a bit of an overkill, being rated up to 3 tonnes, and too long to sit neatly within the wheel dish, but I sourced another, smaller jack rated at 2 tonnes instead which fit perfectly. Another supplier let me down in respect of the securing screw which failed to arrive, so another order to the Wheel Shop resulted, which arrived next day as previously. Excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Recently bought a 2021 Audi A4 Avant, was disappointed to find no spare wheel (as appears to be the norm these days), discovered The Wheel Shop on line and called on Monday morning, spoke to Mishal (I believe), who advised the offering on the website would fit the car. Ordered on Monday, delivered today. Great service and peace of mind, hopefully will not need it. Would definitely recommend.”
