“Purchased for Vauxhall Mokka x Model 2017,Space save wheel.fitted into the wheel well with fitted carpet.Full size wheel will not fit in the wheel well.Delivered with in the 2days. Great service good product great price would highly recommend. Barry Rugeley Staffs”

“What a team! From the the lady who took the phone call, she was courteous, patient & effecient, in setting up the order, to delivery, the service was prompt, arriving the next day, well packaged, even the delivery man was kind & courteous, the wheel fits perfectly in the space in the car, the quality of the wheel is well worth the cost, arriving balanced & ready for use. very impressed, I will have no hesitation in recommending The Wheel Shop to others. “The Wheel Company don't seem to get many negative reviews. I suspect the reason for this is the high quality of both their products and service. I ordered a 17" Space Saver Kit on Thursday, 11/02 @ 2:18pm, that arrived on Friday, 12/02 @ 10:59am, even though I was expecting the free delivery to be 3-5 working days. I'm very pleased with the product quality for everything that was delivered, the wheel and tyre, the wheel brace, jack, sturdy tool storage bag and operational safety information sheet. Price-wise, buying direct from The WheelShop saved me a £19.95 from other retailers and a lot more from the car dealership for a 16"wheel and tyre and no tools. Negative reviews such as from an Amazon, supposedly, Verified Purchase said the tyre was from a "Chinese company LING LONG . NOT THE BEST". The tyre I was supplied with is a Continental. I've also seen a complaint regarding not being able to contact anyone by phone on a Saturday or after 16:00 on a weekday, which is quite clear on the website what the office hours are. I initially had some questions to be resolved before I placed my order which I sent via the web site contact form last Friday at 8:39pm to which I had a reply back on the Saturday at 8:30am. A supplementary query was turned round in a couple of hours. Hardly a poor response!”

“This company could and should show the retail industry how to perform, ordered a space saver wheel ( because the greedy so and so at Mercedes don't supply one, but don't tell you ) at 9.20 am Monday and it was delivered 1pm Tuesday, the level of service is outstanding. Thank you”

“Ordered a spare wheel kit to fit my Toyota Yaris Cross after experiencing a failed attempt to use to the inflator and sealant solution provided in lieu of a spare. The spare wheel & jack kit arrived next day without me paying extra for delivery service. All looks good, and the wrench and sockets provided are good quality. TBH the jack provided was a bit of an overkill, being rated up to 3 tonnes, and too long to sit neatly within the wheel dish, but I sourced another, smaller jack rated at 2 tonnes instead which fit perfectly. Another supplier let me down in respect of the securing screw which failed to arrive, so another order to the Wheel Shop resulted, which arrived next day as previously. Excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend.”
