“I gave 1 star because I paid £14.95 for next day delivery that never happened but I emailed the wheel shop to let them know and they were very efficient with their customer service and refunded me the £14.95 immediately, I actually waited 4 days, not their fault I suppose, just using a rubbish courier, but happy with the outcome.”

“Recently bought a 2023 Kia Niro EV and it just has the foam kit and no spare so after hearing horror stories of foam not working ect. Decided to get a space saver spare just incase,great price and service cannot recommend enough,better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it 😁”

“Order arrived within two days, 17" spacesaver for a Kia Ceed. The wheel and tyre are fine. The quality of the jack and wheelbrace I ordered as well is excellent, complete with a bag for velcroing to the side of the boot. Very happy.”

“This is a great company to get your spare wheels from. Customer service is excellent. They changed my delivery date, as I had a family issue and they refunded me the delivery. The delivery driver from DHL arrived 2 hours earlier than expected and was so friendly. Will shop at The Wheel Shop for all my tyres and wheels in the future”

“They managed a Saturday delivery from ordering late Thursday night, all arrived on time and as ordered. (Winter steel wheels and budget winter tyre set for fiesta). It’s a shame they don’t come with centre caps.”

“The spacesaver wheel for my Audi Q3 arrived next day + fits in the boot and allows space for the sound system perfectly. Good quality jack & wheelbrace with 17/19mm socket too. Wheel nut cover puller provided also. Great service, great product. 10/10 very pleased!👍”

“Excellent service from wheel shop who dealt with courier failings that delayed delivery. Once they were made aware of this they were very clear and proactive in arranging delivery by another courier and the item arrived quickly with regular updates . Thanks to David especially who has been first class in his customer service , item was exactly as per order , would certainly recommend them”

“I ordered the wheel and tool kit at 3:44 pm on Sunday and it arrived at 10:27 am on Tuesday, i.e less than two days later despite my just opting for standard delivery. The tyre was new and unused. It was an economy brand but I have seen it advertised by well-known tyre fitters and I hope never to use it - or at least only use it for a short while. I have bought economy tyres for the spare wheel for previous cars I owned. I put the wheel in the well below the boot within half an hour of delivery. If I have one grumble, although, as a temporary solution, I have put cardboard in the well to stop the wheel moving around, I do need to source a peg / fixing bolt from another supplier.”

“Ordered a spare for a BMW 240 X-Drive. It arrived on time but just before I noticed that the X-Drive transmission needs the diameters all wheels to be with 1%. Looking at the picture on the website and checking on a tire (sic) calculator website I could see the 125/70 R18 was 4% smaller. And the next day I picked up a puncture! However when I took the new spare out the box the tyre was 125/80 R18 - within the 1%. Then I noticed the photos where I'd read the tyre size are 'representative'. So well done to TheWheelShop sending me just what I needed. And yes, I'm going to learn to read properly.”

“Ordered a space saver on 8th September for my new car, and it was delivered on 10th September. A very fast service. I put my new space saver wheel straight into the boot of my car and forgot all about it. On Sunday of this week, 30th November I was on my car forum and someone was looking for a space saver wheel, I thought I'll send him a recommendation for the Wheel Shop as they did a good service. Unknow to me the service was to get even better, when I went looking for a link to recommend the Wheel Shop I noticed that the wheel I ordered previously was the wrong wheel and the Wheel Shop only found out recently that there was a different stud pattern for my car. I contacted the Wheel Shop on Monday 1st December to enquire about the different wheels and they advised that they would replace the wrong Space Saver with the correct wheel at their cost and arrange for the wrong wheel to be collected. My replacement wheel arrived today Tuesday 2nd December and my return is arranged for tomorrow Wednesday 3rd December. I know this is a drawn out review but I need to let you know how efficient the service is at The Wheel Shop, and I would recommend them highly. Thank to Michael & Sarah from The Wheel Shop.”
