“Online Service very good, goods delivered quickly, but wrong paint delivered? Now sorted out office very good with sorting out problem very efficient, didnt get ladies name but excellent..... With in my work capacity (Project Coordinator) i will be using your firm again hopefully on a much larger scale....”

“There was a slight issue with my order as one item arrived damaged but Promain were really helpful and sorted the problem out with great speed and very amicably. Would have no qualms about using them again. Haven't used the products yet so can't review those.”

“The order arrived quickly the next day. Unfortunately the product did not appear to give our poolside copings an increased slip resistance. I will be testing further before deciding to purchase further product to coat all the copings.”

“The company are very good but the colour is not red as it says on the tin but more bronze, a deep, metallic chocolate. Very disappointing but had disappointments with a spray (came out purple) and Hamerite version (red but no Hammer effect). My order arrived as promised on the day suggested but then had fun and games with the delivery company.”

“Have some questions before place an order. Ben from Promain advised promptly and further few emails and I am well advised and placed my order under recommendation from Ben. Delivery was super fast and well packaged. Haven't been able to use the product due to the weather hence gave 4 stars in the moment, will write another review after finish painting if the weather permitted.”

“Ordering process easy. Smaller items delivered next day. No indication given of expected delivery of larger items. Arrived home one evening about a week later to find a pallet of paint sitting in driveway. Would have given 5 stars if delivery communication had been better.”
