“I ordered a product from Promain on a Saturday evening and it arrived Tuesday morning. Their prices seem to be competitive, and the ordering process was straight forward. I wasn't forced to register with them before making my online purchase. I have kept their contact details handy in case I need them again in future.”

“Would love to review the product purchased from Promain (Aquasteel) but as it has not been delivered yet (4 working days) when it was supposedly available from stock I can only review as poor. No advice had been given about a delay until the delivery was chased.”

“Very unfortunate blunder organising delivery to the billing address in Hampshire rather than the shipping address in East London. Cost us two days and caused severe inconvenience.”

“Brilliant customer service. I brought a decking stain last year which was amazing and covered an awful looking decking due to years of using well known brands that cracked and peeled . I wanted advice on worktop oil as again well known brands were useless. We were called by Ben who then promptly sent all the info in an email . Order processing and deliver very quick . Good old fashioned customer service at its best. Thank you .”
