“Good product seems better than the competition Similar price to the competition but postage charge lower I would recommend above most of the other brands about Technical advise very good also”

“Had exactly what I wanted in stock. Delivered straight to my door in a very timely fashion. My only criticism is the delivery cost is a bit on the high side. If my local hardware store had had the particular item in stock (they do normally stock most things) it would have been cheaper for me to go there and pick it up. Overall, I would certainly look at ProMain again in the future.”

“Was given no indication or choice of when it would be delivered so I wasn't in when delivery was attempted (and no delivery card was left).... the product went back to depot and I had to reorganise delivery which meant that it eventually arrived much later than I wanted it to. It would be better if it were delivered by royal mail so that the parcel, if undelivered could be left at my local collection office so I could easily collect it.”
