Was given no indication or choice of when it would be delivered so I wasn't in when delivery was attempted (and no delivery card was left).... the product went back to depot and I had to reorganise delivery which meant that it eventually arrived much later than I wanted it to. It would be better if it were delivered by royal mail so that the parcel, if undelivered could be left at my local collection office so I could easily collect it.
