“I purchased 2 by 5vlitre tins of paint. on the web site, only to find out the following day that the 5 litre tins were no longer available. I asked for a refund and received an email on a Wednesday morning to say that my refund was processed that day. I have still not received my refund by Saturday. I phoned , ti be told it would be Tuesday before my refund would be processed.”
