“I ordered my items over 2 weeks ago now , I have had no email. Telling me when it’s going to be arriving , on the website it states 3 to 5 days There is no one there to speck to when you phone”

“Decorator of 30 yrs and have recently been using Promain to research better paints for general domestic work as I'm finding the standard exterior paints like Dulux etc are no longer fit for purpose and continually fail on me and not lasting as long as they should so I wanted to find better products to use. The Promain team are very helpful, good advise and knowledge of the products, and delivery times good. Will be using them again and trying out new products when needed. Lynton Williams, Cornwall.”

“I can’t write a good review. It’s taken over two months for an order to arrive. When reported I was told it would arrive within a week, my order had been lost in transit. A week on after the item was supposed to have been and still nothing.”
