“Unfortunately the product did not clean the patio as well as it promised on the label. In spite of endless brushing and washing 3 days after the application the mould is still there. Quite disappointing result bearing in mind its cost!”

We are always willing to resolve any issues or complaints raised, however, we were not given to opportunity to offer a replacement or refund. We will contact the customer in order to find out why the product has not performed on this occasion.

“They are the people to do business with. I enquired about a specialist non slip paint for the wooden surrounds to our bowling green. advice was given together with a call back with more detailed advice . All this for just one pot of specialised paint. The paint has been applied and it is just fantastic turning the extremely dangerous and slippery surrounds into a total non slip surface. Can't thank them enough for giving top advice and service to a small ticket customer.”

“The paint that was recommended for my cement fibre corrugated roof looks as though it has made a good waterproof job. I don't think that it should be described as paint but rather a coating. This coating can be peeled off whereas a paint would have to be stripped to remove. This means that a complete covering has to take place otherwise damp will inevitably creep under exposed edges.”

“All products that I ordered were delivered promptly and correctly. I needed the paint to mark out car park spaces for a local church. The paint was excellent and has made a great job, with the church commenting that several people have said they never realised the church was there until the lines appeared.”

“Bought this product to give extended life to corrugated iron shed roofs. Once mixed it is fairly easy to apply (stick to the guidelines on temperature and surface preparation) do not try and store any mixed paint, it will solidify rapidly. Wear disposable gloves and use disposable brushes or roller foams. As for life expectancy it is too early to say but adhesion seems very good.”

“Runny rubbish, 10 litres & 5 coats later still coming off, oh & before you ask, it's 9 square metres only, all pained with a brush & exactly as instructions say. My first 5l was damaged, when I ordered another they totally ignored my emails regarding a refund or a % off the second 5l.”

It is with sincere regret that the email has somehow been overlooked, and an investigation as to why this happened is underway. When there is a liquid loss we always offer a suitable refund and is our intention in this case. I have managed to find the original email, the telephone number provided by the customer does not accept calls despite a number of attempts, however, I have emailed the customer this morning offering our sincere apologies, and asking them to contact us in order to resolve the complaint raised. However, the peeling paint is an indication that the surface was not sufficiently cleaned.
