“Was given no indication or choice of when it would be delivered so I wasn't in when delivery was attempted (and no delivery card was left).... the product went back to depot and I had to reorganise delivery which meant that it eventually arrived much later than I wanted it to. It would be better if it were delivered by royal mail so that the parcel, if undelivered could be left at my local collection office so I could easily collect it.”

“Their initial response to my product question was rapid and thorough. Their product delivery was, if anything, quicker that predicted and the product performed exactly as they described. Nice to find a company that ticks all the boxes in terms of service, supplying products that do exactly what they are supposed to :)”

“I bought this MSP paint to paint my gutters and down pipes as they were covered in white paint splashes. It did an excellent job and they look like new costing me a lot less than replacing them! The service from Promain was brilliant, I placed my order late on Friday and the product was delivered Monday morning, you expect better than that!”

“The Rust-Oleum, Bath & Tub epoxy has a disappointing finish . The brush application did not result on a level finish and many bubbles appeared during the curing period. Many coats are necessary for only a reasonable finish.”

“I haven't had a chance to use it yet but it did arrive within the time stated at purchase. It would have been helpful if the delivery company had left it with my neighbour as stated on the note on my door but that's not your fault. Thanks for the good service.”
