“Although disappointed with the product it’s self, that’s no fault of proline, they made the whole transaction and unfortunate subsequent refund as smooth and pleasant as possible, will definitely consider purchasing from them again but will have to check item descriptions more closely.”

“I ordered skates and one didn’t fit when I called they recommended me to order straight away one more and refund the skate later. I order new one I sent back the other but never received the money back. When I called they say that I must keep the tracking number because they don’t check if or what they receive in their stock. When you send back there are papers to put in the box and out of the box but still they don’t know whether they received or not. Very bad and rude customer service too.”
