“I placed an order online with no problems, one of my items was out of stock but received a phone call from the shop to let me know this and the alternatives that were available to me to be sent out with my order (blue blade covers instead of black) It’s little touches like this that make a difference in my opinion, they could of just refunded me or sent a different colour without telling me, but they didn’t, they kept me in the loop. Excellent customer service!”

“The skates are absolutes amazing, the only downside is the laces do seem to work their way lose quite often, I don't know if this is the material that needs changing, that is literally the only downside to our purchase”

“The website was incredibly easy to use with clear information. I purchased a beginners pair of Bauer ice skates and also made use of a 10% discount voucher that appeared in my browser. After purchasing, I recieved an email from DHL with info about my order and its delivery date. A very easy and stress free transaction, would definitely recommend.”

“Looks great. Daughter loves them, only thing could be better is the skates could have been sharper! As had to go get them done at the ice rink but overall excellent skates.”
