I had bought a pair of roller hockey skates and soon after I realised I wanted to buy some extras and get some extra discount on an offer they were having and one quick message to them on Facebook and they were more than happy to cancel my original order so I could place a new one. I made my new purchase and within the hour my order had been dispatched and was scheduled to be delivered the next day! I couldn’t believe how quick and easy everything was and the items came next day and all the items were fantastic! Proline Skates gets 5 stars from me and they have a customer for life!”

“I still haven't received the package! It has been a week, and it was supposed to come in 2-3 days. I was patient as there was a bank holiday on Monday. But the tracking number doesn't work and I haven't had a response from my email (admittedly it was sent on Saturday and we are now early Monday morning). So right now I'm not vet impressed with your service, sorry! You did ask...”

Hi there, Looking at your order was despatched on the 4th due to the Bank holiday. As you had selected standard delivery this is a 2-4 working day delivery as per our delivery terms. This was sent with RM so all going well should turn up today which is the 4th working day. Regards
