“Website hard to navigate. Quality of product excellent only thing missing is the build instructions. Phoned up and asked about threaded part in side handle bar stem no one was able to tell me what it was for. When I asked if it was required to assemble stem to deck I was told just push it in and tighten Allen bolts,followed by you must have an Allen key that fits as one was not supplied. I feel a quality product is let down by poor customer service.”

“Order process and constant updated delivery information was excellent. Also, had the ability to change my delivery date to a day I knew I was going to be at home. An online live tracking system by the courier company to know exactly where the driver was and within which hour of the day he was going to deliver the goods. So, you could actually pop out, if need be.”

“I appreciated being informed when to expect delivery, as well as being given the opportunity to postpone, and leave in a safe place. Although not as pictured (I wanted last season's Montreal Canadiens jersey, not the current one) , the product is still very good and I am happy to keep it.”

“I am very happy with this web-site, there is a lot of choice and good value for money, cheapest prices I've found , I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and received the items on Tuesday, they also use a great delivery company with a tracking system, I was given a one hour slot and could follow the driver until he was right on my road. I would highly recommend this company *****”
