“This was my first time ordering from Proline Skates. I ordered a pair of ice skates, a bag, skate guards and some gloves. However, being my clumsy self I ordered 4 sizes too small by mistake 🙈 I rang proline directly and the customer service was exceptional. I was informed they didn’t have my size in those skates anymore as they were out of stock but they did have others. I ordered another pair of skates straight away from their website and parcelled up the wrongly ordered skates and to send back. They processed my return and refund almost immediately (within 24 hours of me returning product) super happy with my purchase and will definitely order from Proline again. Recommend 1000%, thank you 😊”
