“Excellent prices, mostly all scooter parts required were in stock, and was quickly offered a refund or choose an alternative! Very good on the delivery, even threw in a rear brake free for the slam outbreak pro deck! Cheers guys :) Will definitely shop with prolineskates again. Kind regards Mr David Mcardle”

“Really impressed with these guys. Easy to order, even for a Mum who didn't really know what she was after. Items arrived quickly and well packed. The email early in the morning of delivery confirming a one hour time slot was a wonderful surprise. I wish all internet sales company's were half as good.”

“I was a little happier with purchase than I had originally anticipated. I bought some Featherlight 2 frames, and if you have looked, some are pictured with laces, some not. Mine, weren't pictured with matching laces, but when they came, like a day after ordering! :) they did come with laces. Yey. Super fast Delivery, Super Happy.”

“Ordering from Australia and it was encouraging to know Proline have a retail store in Cardif. I had a problem ordering online and sent an email to Proline. They helped me within 12 hours which was excellent given the time differences and I successfully completed the order. Great advice on shipment status details and the delivery was very quick. I was really pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use proline in the future.”

“I was annoyed that the advert for the skates I wanted did not mention the price increased by size. The original price was £39.95 but increased to £44.95 when I put in the size. When I rang your operator was unhelpful and to.d me he could do nothing about it except get the technical people to change the website. I wonder if they have done so yet. The delivery arrangements were very quick with excellent communications.”

“I didn't place my order until c15:30 in the afternoon, so I was really pleased the order was despatched that same day for delivery the next day. Your communication was fantastic, I received a text and email to confirm when the delivery would be made, and I received another detailing the proof of delivery so I knew my niece had received her b'day present. Very happy with your service:)”

“I am pleased to say that the bearings run smoothly, the wheels feel really comfy when I land tricks,ride etc. And the pegs grind smoothly on rails and ledges and hardly have any scratches which I'm happy with. I will definitely be buying from the shop again.”

“The scooter we purchased was for my Grandson who had saved up to buy it. It was everything he had hoped for and is delighted with it. The only down side of our experience with your company was the deliver arrangements as the courier took three days to deliver and the box was damaged when it arrived. Very disappointed as I had specifically asked for a Saturday am delivery and paid extra for it. You staff were excellent under awkward circumstances, do them a favour and get a courier that does their job properly as they let you down badly.”
