“Wonderful customer service. On 22rd December my daughter remembered she wanted Heelys for Christmas. Checked Amazon as I'm a prime customer but they couldn't deliver till after Christmas. Searched online ad came across your company. I rang to check availability and was told as it was after 3pm the goods wouldn't be despatched until 23rd. They guy was very honest and said that the couriers were very busy so couldn't guaranteee 100% they would arrive but would do his best. The Heelys arrived the next day at 1pm. I'm truly impressed and very happy. Thank you. The look on my daughter's face on Christmas day was amazing.”

“Regret I am unable to review the product. I ordered the skates for my 10 year old grand-daughter who lives in Yorkshire. I live in Buckinghamshire. According to your website I was assured they would be delivered within 3-4 days. My daughter advised me after a week that she had not received them and so I contacted you. From then on the service was great. You answered the phone immediately, assured me they would be delivered the next day and they were, so many thanks. If I should hear how my grand-daughter is enjoying them I will let you know. Jill Austwick”
