“Service from Proline Skate was very good , BMX bike was dispatched the same day but problems with the transportation for what ever reason the parcel was not delivered as promised. Packaging badly damaged.”

“Although I had been a customer of proline around 10 years ago this is the first time I had used then since. And although I had received excellent service from one of the employees who runs the Facebook page. ("Lex" who's service I would rate as 5*s) who had organised for my two orders to be bundled together into 1 and saved me shipping costs on the wrist guards I later decided to order and who also offered good personal advice. The reason for the poor rating is that I placed my orders on 20th September it is now the 6th of October and I've yet to receive my order. The worst part is that if I hadn't called the shop, then the warehouse (on 2nd Oct) to try and track down the order I had been eagerly expecting for use on the past two weekends, it still would have been sat in the warehouse. I found out that the order had been "put on hold" due to them not having the knee pads in stock. And that I should have received an email on the 21st Sept saying this. (I am an Service Desk Analyst, I work in first and second level IT support and support hundreds of staff in many countries and I assure you I did not receive hat email in Spam, Junk or Trash) to make matters worse I had ensured I'd supplied my mobile phone number (incase I was needed to be contacted) and yet did not receive a call. Please take into account Lex's excellent performance is the only reason this wasn't rated as 1*. This is a real shame as my love of rollerblading has been rekindled and I was considering purchasing some more had ware and some Nil's 1.5 Remz and getting some of my old friends back into rollerblading. But unless I at least get an apology for the poor service I've received I'm going to find it difficult to buy from and indeed recommend your site. “My son is an amazing scooter rider and has had MANY scooters since he first took up the sport when he was 9 ... he's now 15 ... I have spent 100's of £'s! We searched the Internet for his Fasen Raven and you guys were best priced. I called you to make sure and we ordered next day delivery on line ... it arrived as promised and in perfect condition! One very happy son and one very relieved Mum! We will DEFINITELY be shopping with you guys again!”

“I have used proline a few times and have never had any problems with the online purchases I have made. I had purchased a set of flash flood bearings this time and although the bearings are fine there were no spacers in the box which could be annoying for people but as I have the river wheels already I won't need them.”
