“Great service from Prolineskates. The model of ice skate ordered turned out not to be available in the size ordered. They explained why, offered a refund or upgrade to the next model, which was in stock. I accepted the upgrade, which arrived the next day. Great customer service, thank-you. I will use again.”

“Amazing service. Ordered at 2pm on a weekday, was told it would be free p&p but would be 2-4 working days. I received my order at 10am the following morning!!!!! I am well impressed. Will definitely use again. Can't ask for better”

“Minor problem with overseas order process was effectively and efficiently dealt with by a few quick emails. Once order was placed, extremely quick delivery (2 days) to continental Europe. Good products as well.”

“Excellent service, cannot ask any better. I had a challenging purchase and everything was managed perfectly. Will use again. On the slightly down side, the delivery service deserves a negative review: they "delivered" the package at the wrong address, and by deliver I mean just dumped it off the fence in the backyard of an empty house, and sent me an SMS saying it was delivered. It took me 4 hours to locate it, since not even the driver knew where she left it. This is not Proline's fault, but cannot review in a different section.”
