“I ordered a skateboard and pads for my grandson for Christmas. I did not get an email approval of the order from Proline, so I phoned them several days later to be told that the skateboard was out of stock, even though I had paid for it. I was asked to choose a different skateboard and phoned them the following day with the code, to be told that the code I gave was not for the skateboard I wanted to buy. The problem was, however, sorted out in a few minutes and the correct one was ordered.”

We are very sorry about this. You had a duplicate order come through our system. Your first order had a High Fraud score so we could not send this and you had been e-mailed regarding this. That order has been refunded so we have one pending order for you which is leaving us today.

“Products are as described and very happy with them. One item wasn't available after ordering so we were refunded. We were particularly impressed with delivery service, giving a one hour slot for delivery and emailing the details. The named driver turned up bang on the start of the hour. Top marks!!!!!”
