“My son was super chuffed with his brand new scooter he saved up and bought from you guys, yesterday he hit the new skatepark and attacked the spine ramp, unfortunately he clipped the tip with his foot launching him forward instead of up and over slamming hard into the concrete snapping 2 bones in his ankle and separating his foot plate which required surgery and an overnight stay in hospital…. The scooter survived intact!!! 😎👊🏻”

“Unfortunately for me, I had to return my skates because they were either too tight, or simply not agreeable to my feet. However, the service I received by Proline has been superb and the qulity of the product, the spped of delivery, the packaging, and the after sale customer service are all superb.”

“well when i opened the package and took out the stuff i had noticed of the screws had been bent and i couldn’t fit it in to my skates. and for some reason i got the wrong size the website was glitching my phone out and i wasnt about to select the right size”

“If I could give them a zero, I would. Ordered the lovely Moxi Ivy Jungle skates, which are stunning. Website said a UK3 which they said was a moxi 5. I didn't think anything of it until going onto the actual Moxi brand website where their size guide says a UK size 3 is a moxi 4. Proline skates got defensive and have since refused a refund or return due to them being opened. I emailed Moxi and they confirmed that a UK 3 would be a moxi 4. So Proline Skates are falsely advertising sizing and do not bother to reply to further emails.”
