“I attended the Performance Management course on 25 February. Michelle Harrington was the course presenter. The content of the course was informative and taught me a lot more than I anticipated. The presenter was great; she explained things well and tailored the course to the needs of those attending. I would give her 10 out of 10! Thank you”

“Michelle was a great trainer and delivered content on the points that we set out at the beginning of the day. Even though these deviated slightly from the course itself, while still staying within the topic. Michelle was clear in her explanations and gave some really good advice and tips on how to effectively deal with good and poor performance... tips I put into action as soon as I returned to the office and I could tell they made a difference to the individual.”

“Good course content and excellent instructor. We had six people from very different work backgrounds and he managed to draw out our various experiences to highlight the syllabus. Interesting, satisfying and useful.”
